16th March 2019

Your Cambridgeshire Wedding Photographer is pleased to publish the Wedding of Katherine and Ben at the stunning Granary Estates.

Located just outside of Newmarket is two 18th Century Granary Barns. Converted and fully licenced to conduct weddings and other ceremonies the Barns still retain their classic flint walls and original timber beams. The beams are on display throughout the venue.

Surrounded by picturesque open fields and woodland the Barns are linked by an open glass walkway. Packed full of rustic charm and boasting its own private courtyard The Granary Estates is the perfect setting for a relaxed and intimate wedding day

Unfortunately today the weather was not on our side. High winds and the cold prevented us from making the most of the gorgeous outside space at The Granary Estates.

Thankfully though the inside of the venue is just as gorgeous as the outside. The barns exude character and charm and make the prefect backdrop for any wedding no matter what the weather.

Katherine and Ben though,, weren’t going to let a little wind spoil their day. They were more than happy to brave the elements as we headed outside. We headed outside once the sun had set. Beautifully lit by overhead lighting the courtyard has an almost Mediterranean feel to it.

With a bit of creativity we were able to get some great Bride and Groom portraits.

Katherine and Ben are an amazing couple and it was a pleasure to photograph their Wedding. I wish them every happiness for the future.
